Warranty Procedure

We stand by the quality on all of our products. If you feel that your product is exhibiting a warranty issue then please return it to the seller for inspection with proof of delivery/purchase.
If your product is deemed to be faulty then we will replace it free of charge through the seller.
We do not accept tyres returned to us at Schwalbe UK and we cannot issue direct replacements to consumers from our warehouse.
Our retail partners will provide you with the quickest and most efficient returns service and see that any Schwalbe products exhibiting a defect as a result of manufacture are resolved as quickly as possible via our supply chain.
