Terms and Conditions for the Schwalbe Giveaway

1. Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is Ralf Bohle GmbH, Otto-Hahn-Str. 1, 51580 Reichshof, Germany.

2. Eligibility
Natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Ralf Bohle GmbH, their relatives, and all persons involved in the execution of the giveaway are excluded from participation.

3. Participation
Participation is free of charge and independent of any purchase. By participating, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.

4. Giveaway Period
Participation is possible until March 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CET). Later entries cannot be considered. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes and Drawing
The following prizes will be raffled among all valid entries:

3x Schwalbe Brand Packages (3 T-shirts, 3 hoodies, 3x water bottles, 3x bandanas)

The drawing will take place on April 6, 2026, at random using software. Prizes are non-transferable, and cash payment is excluded. Should a prize be unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent substitute.

6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email. If no response is received within 14 days, the claim expires, and a replacement winner will be drawn. Name, postal address, and telephone number will be requested for the delivery of the prize.

7. Data Protection
Ralf Bohle GmbH processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. Data will not be passed on to third parties without express consent. After completion of the giveaway, the data will be deleted. Further information can be found at: www.schwalbe.com/datenschutz/ Participants have the right to information, correction, or deletion of their data in accordance with the GDPR. 

8. Disclaimer
The organizer accepts no liability for entries that are not received or cannot be considered for technical or other reasons. Information provided by third parties regarding the giveaway is without guarantee.

9. Reservations
The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the giveaway at any time in the event of force majeure, legal reasons, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of changes in a timely manner.

10. Shipping Conditions
Prizes will only be shipped to addresses in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Any import duties or customs fees for deliveries outside of Germany are to be borne by the recipient.

11. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners.

12. Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Ralf Bohle GmbH. (As of: January 14, 2026)
