    1. The promoter is: Ralf Bohle GmbH whose registered office is at Otto-Hahn-Str. 1, 51580 Reichshof, Germany.

The competition is open to residents of Germany, UK, Netherlands, France, Italy, Canada, Mexico, USA, Argentina, Brasil, Paraguay, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Suisse, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, South Africa, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arabian Emirates, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand aged 18 years or over except employees of Ralf Bohle GmbH and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

    3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

    4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

    7. Closing date for entry will be 20/12/2023 23:59 CET. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.


    8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

      The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

    13. Winners will be chosen:
      at random by software, from all entries with the right answer received and verified by Ralf Bohle GmbH

    14. The Winners will be announced by a comment on Monday, September 12th 2022. If the winners do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

    15. The promoter will notify the winner and ask him to send his name and postal address, so that the prize can be delivered. The promoter uses all supplied personal data in strict accordance with statutory data protection legislation. Winners’ personal data are exclusively used for the purpose of operating the promotion and will be deleted afterwards. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

    16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
