Fit it

Always keep an eye on your tyre pressure: the TPMS simply screws onto the valve, and with the AIRMAX app (free on the App Store) you can manage your front and rear wheels individually. And if you don't know your ideal pressure yet, the Schwalbe Pressure Prof will work it out for you.

Quick to set up: activate your AIRMAX sensors, switch on Bluetooth – and you can easily pair both in the app. Just take care to assign the right ID to your front and rear wheels

When the LED lights up green, your tyre pressure is spot on – and from then on, the AIRMAX sensors keep checking it in real time while you just ride and enjoy. If the pressure drops, the app warns you straight away.

A NEW WAY TO RIDE

Get the Schwalbe app

The new AIRMAX and its companion app bring digital support to you and your bike. The AIRMAX sensors send their data via Bluetooth straight to the AIRMAX app on your smartphone. That way, you always know whether your tyre pressure is still in the perfect range. If you start losing pressure, you'll be notified immediately.

Handy: you can have the Schwalbe Pressure Prof calculate the right pressure for your tyres directly in the app. Simply enter details such as your tyre size, riding style and the surface you ride on.

FAQ

You can never completely rule out a flat tire. Against the typical puncture devils such as shards or granules, however, you are very well protected with the Marathon Plus bicycle tire. With all Marathon Plus necessarily use a pressure gauge to set the air pressure. Due to the special design, a pressure test by thumb is not sufficient.

WHAT DO I NEED THE PRESSURE PROF FOR?

With the Pressure Prof you can find your correct tire pressure and also calibrate your Airmax sensor. Once your tire pressure data (optimum, minimum and maximum air pressure) has been transferred to the sensors, your data is permanently monitored for you.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO CONSIDER WHEN PAIRING THE SENSORS?

Pay attention to the following instructions:

- Activate Airmax sensors (start up)
- Turn on Bluetooth
- Remember Airmax-Ids (see 5-digit number on sensor housing)
- Ensure that the sensors are correctly assigned to the front and rear wheel.
- Our recommendation: When installing the sensors, make sure that the sensor with the lower number is installed on the front wheel and the sensor with the higher number on the rear wheel.

CAN THE APP BE USED OFFLINE?

Yes, the app can be used completely offline with the current range of features. You only need WiFi or a mobile network to download the app from the App Store.
