We developed it there over several years until it was ready for series production. Made from state-of-the-art Aerothan material, it completely redefines a road bike tire in terms of weight and performance. The basis for this is a completely rethought construction of carcass and tread. A game changer!

MATCHED: THE AEROTHAN TUBE
Aerothan is a material that completely redefines bicycle tubes: extremely light, highly puncture resistant and designed for minimal rolling resistance. Aerothan tubes are made of 100% thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), including the valve, and are thus fully recyclable. We are currently working on a system for returning used tubes and processing them into new tubes.
