New recycling system for tubes
We can use the recycled butyl rubber for the production of new tubes with no loss of quality. For this purpose we have developed a special de-vulcanisation process in our plant. We have now been using this process to great success for several years. This means that around 20 percent of every new standard Schwalbe tyre consists of recycled raw materials.
